Shipping policy
Verdandora (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides product sales and delivery services exclusively through our online store. These Shipping Terms explain the delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing schedule, estimated transportation timeframe, and related responsibilities to help you understand how your order is handled.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services throughout Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or more (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free delivery.
- Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat delivery fee of 9.99 AUD.
All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the displayed product prices. No additional fees will be required at checkout or upon delivery.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET). Orders confirmed before 18:00 are generally processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 18:00, as well as orders placed on non-working days, will be processed on the next available working day.
4. Order Processing Time
After payment has been successfully confirmed, orders enter the handling stage. The standard processing time is approximately 1–3 working days, during which items are verified, packed, and prepared for handover to the logistics carrier.
5. Estimated Transportation Timeframe
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated total transportation timeframe is approximately 5–10 working days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and prevailing logistics conditions.
6. Logistics Carriers
To ensure stable and reliable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one or more of the following carriers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment record, and logistics carrier details. You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number.
8. Responsibility Statement
- Product damage or loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics carrier, requests for modification or cancellation will be assessed based on the actual order status.
- Delivery address accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notes
Upon receipt of your parcel, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If any visible damage or irregularities are identified, we recommend documenting the condition and contacting us as soon as possible for further assistance.
